Services

I provide services via telehealth as well as in home therapy where I come to your home and conduct therapy in the comfort of your own space. In home therapy is reserved mostly for the Apollo Beach, Riverview, Palmetto, Ruskin, and Tampa area. Upon booking your first session, you will receive an e-mail link to the secure client portal. A link will be emailed to enter the video session in this portal 10 minutes before the appointment. I use a HIPPA compliant system to access your tele-therapy sessions. Weekly sessions are usually recommended in the beginning of therapy to build rapport, focus on building effective coping skills, and to help reach your goals as soon as possible. However, we can discuss a frequency that works best for you.
